Fill out the consignment form, ship or drop off your cards, we inspect and price them using current market comps, they go live in an upcoming Whatnot show, and you get paid once they sell.
Mail them to us with tracked and insured shipping, drop them off if you're in the Denver metro area, or ask about pickup for larger collections — we'll travel for the right collection at no charge.
No strict minimum. For larger collections, reach out first so we can plan pickup or shipping logistics ahead of time.
Right now we only accept consignments shipped from within the United States.
Yes. Singles are usually listed individually, but we may combine duplicate cards or lower-value cards into a single lot to help them sell.
We primarily focus on sports cards, but can take memorabilia on a case-by-case basis — ask us before sending it in.
Not usually. Cards go out across multiple shows depending on category, scheduling, and how much we have queued up — we're not dumping your whole collection into one show.
We don't run a formal reserve system since it's a live auction format, but for higher-value items we'll talk through pricing expectations with you before it goes live.
It stays eligible for future shows during the 120-day consignment period. After that, you can request it back (return shipping is on you) or, for very low-value cards, give us permission to donate it instead.
A winning bid isn't a sale until it's actually paid for — if a buyer doesn't pay, we relist it. If a buyer returns a card under Whatnot's buyer protection policy, that payout gets reversed from your balance.
Within 10 business days of the show closing, via Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or check — whatever works best for you. You'll get a payout summary showing what sold and what you're owed.
It depends on show scheduling and how much inventory we're working through, but we don't sit on consigned cards — expect them to hit an upcoming show, not sit around for months.
It's not required, but including a simple list of what's in the box speeds things up on our end and helps make sure nothing gets lost in transit.
It's tiered so it gets better for you as the card's value goes up: 60/40 in your favor on cards under $50, 75/25 on $50–$499, and 85/15 on $500 and up. We cover show costs, shipping, and materials out of our share.
No — we focus on individual cards (raw and graded) and select memorabilia. We're not the right fit for wax, unopened boxes, magazines, or non-card collectibles.
